Studio Ledger keeps every piece, price, sale and photograph in local storage on the device you're using. There is no account, no server copy, and nothing to lose access to if this app ever goes away. Back up whenever you like — the file is plain, readable, and yours to keep.
Back up now writes one .json file with everything in it, photos included. Export everything (CSV) writes your inventory, sales log and materials purchase log as spreadsheet files — readable anywhere, but without photos.
